It is my honor and privilege to serve the students, teachers, staff, and community of Honea Path Elementary. Honea Path is an amazing town full of awesome students and families. This is my tenth year as principal of HPE. Prior to becoming a principal, I served Belton Elementary in Anderson School District 2, as assistant principal, and Sara Collins Elementary in Greenville County Schools, as a fifth-grade and third-grade teacher. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife, Katy, and two girls, Anna Kate and Claire. I truly believe all students can learn at high levels and it is my goal to have every student ready for their next step as a student.

I am honored and excited to be a part of the Honea Path Elementary family and serve as the assistant principal. Throughout my educational career, I have taught students in kindergarten through the fifth grade as both a classroom teacher and as an academic interventionist.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, watching Auburn football, and spending time with my husband, Sam, and our daughter, Ava. 

I am eager to continue to work collaboratively with the HPE staff, families, and community and provide a world-class education where students are engaged and empowered to experience success and are prepared for their next steps as students. Thank you for sharing your students with us to meet this great mission.
